  • After that, copy and paste the msdt.exe-id DeviceDiagnostic command line into the Command Prompt window. Click on the enter button. 

  • Tap on the Next button in the popped up window and the troubleshooter will start detecting the hardware issues automatically. 

  • Follow the instructions displayed on the screen to complete the troubleshoot and resolve the detected issue. 

  • Try the scanner again and see whether the issue is resolved or not.
